About McIntosh & Co

About

We build websites for advisors and firms that prioritise maximum trust and conversions.

The website is

Man Writing at Table

the comparison

you have to win

A prospective household compares three or four advisory firms before contacting any of them. Most advisory sites are built to describe a practice rather than to win that comparison. We rebuild the front end so it earns the trust your filings already demonstrate, then we test it until the numbers move.

Core values

What we do

01

Measured, not asserted

Tracking goes on your existing site and it is scored against a twelve point framework before anything is replaced. That baseline is what makes every figure afterwards a measurement rather than a claim, and it is the step most agencies skip.

02

We do not leave at launch

Ten weeks to launch, then continuous optimisation. Split testing runs one element at a time against the original baseline, reported monthly. Building a site for an advisory firm and then walking away is why most rebuilds can never be proven to have worked.

The team behind the work

Leo McIntosh, Founder and Head Designer, leads every engagement. Alongside him: Michael Jankowski, front-end designer with more than five years in the field; James Sallow, full-stack developer with over eleven years; Chad Gilligan on copy; and Fiona Abell, junior designer. The team expanded in mid 2025 to cater to producing higher level design aesthetics, and honing in on a conversion-based approach.

With eight years in web design, Leo built his name on digital information products, lifting conversion rates for seven and eight figure launches. For the last two years his focus has been advisory firms and turnkey investment firms.

Our history and

milestones

Timeline

Nov 2024

McIntosh & Co founded, built around one question: whether a website change can be measured rather than asserted.

Late 2024

First engagement with Advisor Jetpack, covering their front-facing presence and the funnels their advisers use to close clients.

2025

Completed a study of more than fifty advisory sites and competing funnels to identify the changes with the highest return.

Mid 2025

Team expanded with designers and developers experienced in the sector, adding end to end data tracking alongside the design work.

2026

Worked with Generational Wealth Plan, who provide turnkey investment solutions to pre-retirees, on a site that had to impress and convert.

Ongoing

The Advisor Jetpack engagement continues, with projects running as their funnels and offers develop.

Next

Working with a small number of founder-led advisory firms each year, on engagements long enough to prove what the website actually changed.
